We got the idea from the circle but cheated and used pizza dough from the grocery store. Roll out the dough cut strips and wrap around hot dog. Bring 10 cups of water and 2/3 cup of baking soda to a boil. Boil hot dogs for 30 sec each and then baked at 450 for 15 minutes.
