3 sm cutlets
3 tablespoons mayo
1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 sm. can of mushrooms drained

marinate together and bake on high 10 minutes, then flip for another 10 minutes. (or bake on 350 for 1/2 hour)

I thank you for this recipe which I make with one change. Instead of 1 Tbls of honey, I use 1 Tbls of mustard. It's delicious with chicken cutlets or meat.

I don't know who posted the recipe but I use it EVERY single shabbos.

I dip the chicken in duck sauce and then bread crumbs.
My husband LOVES it and so do guests.

I make a chicken cutlet that is not sweet at all, but very easy and tasty.

I spray the pan, lay out the cutlets and cover with enough lemon juice to pool a little on the bottom. Then I sprinkle the cutlets to taste with garlic powder, oregano, black pepper and paprika. Bake until juices run clear.

This is very light and works well with a lot of things.

I just made this today and it was great! And easy to make.

(For spices I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, thyme and zahatar.)

Thank you!

SMG, I made this last night for dinner and it was really delicious! Dh said he would love it if I made it again. Thanks so much for posting it!

My SIL gave me this recipe for Schnitzel. Take a box of the Corn Pops cereal or the kosher equivalent and crush it up in the food processor. Then dip the cutlet in egg and coat in the cereal coating. Fry or bake, it's both heavan!

lightly coat the cutlets in flour, then brown in a little canola oil. Remove from pan, add a little more oil if needed & sautee about 6 shallots & 2 cloves crushed garlic. add 1/4- 1/2 cup dry white wine & 1 -2 tsp rosemary & stir. Add the chicken back in, cover & simmer for about 20 min. yum!

I cover with tomato sauce, drizzle with olive oil, a little water, salt, pepper, garlic and oregano and cook until tender. YUM! has a nice, rich flavor that works well with pasta, rice, mashed potatos, you name it!
