I was interested in trying a tomato salad written in non kosher magazine that calls for sherry vinegar. Anyone know if that comes in kosher version? Is that the sherry kedem makes? Would this be good in salad recipe? (Tomatoes, cucumbers, shallots )

Don't confuse sherry vinegar with cooking sherry.

Rice wine vinegar or cider vinegar are the best subs

Would depend on the recipe since seasoned rice vinegar has sugar so it might be too sweet.
