I usually make a chicken dish each Shabbos. I'd like to start making larger amounts and freezing for a few weeks at a time. Can I do this? I usually make baked or grilled chicken (pieces or breasts) in some sort of sauce of marinade. If I can do this, how should refrost and reheat it?

freeze it with the sauce. Bake only when you want to eat it.

You can . . but it won't taste as good. I'd rather freezer other things, or serve less and have it all fresh.

I do it all the time and don't notice any difference.

With frozen prepared chicken it tastes better when you defrost slowly - if you take it out the morning you want to use it and put in the fridge it will taste better than if you put it in the oven frozen.

if it's in a sauce it should be fine even if the chicken was cooked before. just make sure to heat it up properly so it doesnt get soggy.
