Hi, I am looking for recipe ideas for tilapia with vegetables. If you have any please post. Tia

I sautee whatever vegetables I have on hand, like mushrooms, onions, peppers, squash. Spread some mayo and spices over the tilapia, put some sauteed vegetables on top, and bake for 20 or so minutes.

No. I bake it in the toaster over.

Slice a few colored peppers with an onion. Pyt it on a lined cookie sheet, drizzle with a bit of oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes, stirring once in middle.
Mix 1/2 cup mayo with 1/4 tsp each of onion powder, garlic powder, curry, paprika, and salt to taste. Cut tilapia in half into long strips(optional) and smear mayo mixture on both sides. Place on same cookie sheet as vegetables (push veggies aside to make space) and spread vegetables on top of fish. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy! My kids love this fish. I made it tonig by and there wasnt really enough because some kids took doubles. And its so easy to make!
