salt and pepper to taste

Remove paper from roll of fish but keep it frozen.

Brush with oil, then sprinkle a cup of cornflakes on it, mixed with 1 tsp each of garlic and smoked paprika. Bake covered at 350 for an hour and 15 minutes.

So how did it come out?
If I'm ever in your neck of the woods I'm coming in for a bite. I can't say all your recipes are quite my cuppa but you seem like a very competent and creative cook. (And I'll be happy to repay the favor if you're ever in mine Tongue Out )

how do you take the paper off the fish if it's still frozen? I have never been able to do that without defrosting it.

Hold it running water. Paper comes off, fish stays frozen.
