I just got a great new chicken recipe from my cousin.
I made it on Shabbos and it came out terrific.
All you do is put some mayo, salt, pepper, garlic, and a drop of corn flake crumbs on top of the chicken
bake 350' covered for 1.5 hrs
then uncovered for 1/2 hr
The you pour (you can half this)
1 cup soy sauce
2 cup duck sauce (spicy or mild spicy one)
1 cup brown sugar
bake another 1/2 hr uncoverd
pour on sesame seeds (you can skip this)
It is really great..

I actually did a little less because my oven works too well.
For each of those 3 time slots, I did a couple of minutes less.

Or boil it in chicken soup., with vegetables, potatoes add lots of salt.. Once the water comes to a boil, the chicken will be done very quickly, plus you'll have delicious soup.

Its chicken bottoms but greenfire sounds good maybe next time. I think I'll just make baked ziti and have eggs and rolls if the bakery is still open.

You can't really cook any chicken that still has the bone that quick. Unless you cut the meat off the bone and stir fry it with veggies. Make rice to go with it.

okay - do you have tuna - cause you could make some quick tuna patties - in food processor throw in tuna fish, onion, bread crumbs, egg & pepper mix and fry
side dish could be canned or frozen or fresh veggies whatever you have on hand and the fresh rolls that you bought

Quick defrost tip. If I need to defrost frozen meat in a hurry, I put the package unopened in the sink then place my big heavy soup pot on top and fill it with realy hot water from the tap. I had the same dilema as you the other night. Thats how I defrosted the chicken then I emptied the soup pot and put in a package of wild rice, the chicken, cut up sweet potatoes and a little more water than the rice calls for. It was ready in an hour (not including defrosting time) and was YUM!

That does sound like a yummy easy recipe!
I am going to try it but I only bake my chicken for 1 hour covered and 1/2 uncovered total
on 350.

Dip boneless chicken breasts in ketchup/mayo mixture then in Pereg spice mix. Bake in oven for 30-50 minutes depending on your oven & tastes.
Very tender and juicy. Compliments of Pickle Lady...
-----------------
Dice one potato, one onion, one carrot, garlic, and chicken breast. Boil/simmer in pot with tomatos/sauce and your choice of spices. It's best reheated, but cooked quickly! (also good with rice mixed in, and lentils)

it's a store bought bread crumb spice mix. you probably could make it yourself. it isn't something that I regularly buy, but my husband especially requested a breaded chicken dish and so this happened.
