I too am amazed by some of your menus. They sound so gourmet and you are so organized to know advance vegetable and starch side dishes and soups. I wish I was.

Sunday - ww pasta with cauliflower in a cheesy sauce
Monday - tuna loaf, sweet potato wedges, green beans with sauteed mushrooms
Tuesday - tomato based veg soup, omlettes, roasted okra
Wednesday - black bean burritos served with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream
Thursday - leftover veg soup, crustless tuna quiche, green salad

Tuesday_bowtie pasta with roasted veggies in cream sauce, celery soup

whoever thought of this thread thank you! its gr8 to see everyones ideas!

sun- shnitzle sandwitches, dips, carmalized onions, portabella mushroom salad

mon- meat patties, onion wild rice, string beans with mikees seasame terriaki sauce

tues- lecho with onion pepers and cheese on a pita, brocally soup

wed- cajune baked talapia (found recepie on this sight), qinoa w onion & pepers

thurs- soy sauce chicken nuggets, fryed rice, trying a new salad recepy

Sunday night we ordered in, we didn't have enough leftovers from Shabbos
Monday night: vegetarian chili and rice
Tuesday night: zucchini soup, homemade whole wheat pizza
Wednesday night: three cheese ziti with broccoli, soup left over
Thursday: chicken cutlets, don't know sides yet

M: boneless spare ribs, potato wedges, garden salad
T: baked ziti, crudités and honey mustard dip, leftovers
W: crockpot sesame chicken, wild rice, salad
T: protein salad (tbd), hot pretzels

I just made a 4 weeks meal plan. We eat the same thing every other day and also on sunday we either have leftovers from shabbos or thursday we have whatever is left from the week.
Week 1
Tomato soup, grilled chicken, grilled veggies, sesame noodles
Pureed zucchini soup, healthy meatloaf, sweet potato, green beans with almonds

Week 2
Mushroom lentil soup, spiced chicken pieces over sweet potatoes zucchini onions, (brown rice)
Vegetable barley soup, chicken burgers on buns, carrot fries

Week 3
Butternut squash lentil soup, turkey chili, cornbread/corn chips
Pureed carrot zucchini soup, shwarma chicken in pita with israeli salad, sauteed onions, eggplant

Week 4
Carrot lentil soup, pb ground chicken, couscous, green beans
Mushroom barley soup, teriyaki chicken salad with quinoa

sometimes I also make fajita chicken served in a lettuce wrap with yummy homemade avocado black bean salsa

Last night we went out.

Tonight- vegetarian chili and corn pudding

Tuesday- no noodle lasagna

Wednesday- tbd but will involve chicken cutlets

Thursday- quiche and hashbrowns

sun- chicken soup, onion chicken, brown rice
mon- honey onon salmon, veg patties (made w leftover chicken & vegies from chicken soup), potatoe kugal, salad
tues- tuna patties,fryd rice, roasted zuchini rings
wed- mushroom cheese quiche, roasted sweet potatoes, taco salad
thurs- giant meatballs with rice,carrots with honey, veg soup

I can't copy and paste with the device I am on now. But do a search for meatball pita and the thread will come up.
I use dark ground turkey or ground meat. I add 2 cloves garlic. Use 1 tsp dried mint instead of the fresh. And just a dash each of cayenne and cinnamon. Delicious!

Sun: sticky chicken, mushroom barley dish, vegetable sticks
Mon: saucy meatballs, spaghetti, steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Tues: cheesy Mac n cheese, fresh salad, leftovers
Wed: teriyaki breaded chicken cutlets, farfel, garden salad
Thurs: cubed turkey salad, warm crusty baguettes

lol. The ones with dairy intolerances eat the fleishig leftovers, everyone enjoys the same salad, the milchig is made fresh Smile
