A friend gave me some extra frozen Costco Halibut before she moved. I have never cooked Halibut and have no idea what do to with it. Anybody have any easy, yummy recipes? Something I can cook on the stove or oven. I also have a George Forman grill, so could try a recipe with it.

there was a piece in today's NYT health section, a stir fry fish and veggies recipe. looked fantastic.

You can simply pan-fry. Rinse and pat dry fish. Dust with seasoned flour (flour + salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, italian herbs etc). Heat 1 teasp oil, when hot, add fish. Sautee both sides.
Halibut is meaty, good for fish curry. I don't have a recipe right now, but you can pour ready-made curry sauce and bake.
