I believe this is Moroccan custom? Or Tunisienne also?
What's different from regular (I mean shabbat) couscous complete? I presume you use all simanim
(carrots, leeks, courgettes, lubya)?

Anyone else serve fish balls in tomato sauce with corriander? Mine came out nice and fluffy, everyone loved it.
