You've all seen these salads, served in a trifle bowl say. Anyone have an exact recipe? I'm looking to make this for a crowd. Thanks!

recipe says "1 carrot" - what do you do with carrot? slice/julienne/shred?

Thanks. Looks like a great dressing. Since the suspense is surely killing everyone, I did what I do for another marinated salad - mix the liquid from the baby corn with bottled Italian dressing.
