Which is your favorite?
I want to get one for baby wearing around the house.
Need it to be comfortable, and strong enough to prevent shoulder/backache.

I recommend to borrow and try before you buy. Each one has its pros and cons.
I like Ergo baby 360 and Beco Gemini

I like my ergo Omni 360 best. I also have a solly wrap and a baby ktan but they were really only good for my babies when they were tiny.

I like the Ergo Omni Breeze. Has great support on shoulders and lower back which spreads out the weight. Also high enough / has a hood to keep your babies head from slumping backwards. It is also good for babies' hips by positioning them properly in a frog or m shape. The Breeze model also is very breathable - I hate baby wearing because it is so hot, this kept my baby and I more comfortable than other carriers. It also fit both me (small thin person) and my husband (tall and almost twice my weight), though adjusting it every time we passed it to the other was annoying, but that goes for most carriers. But it is fairly easy to clip on. It also fit my baby well at several stages/sizes. However, most carriers don't fit newborns under 7 or 8 pounds. My newborns are generally early and small (4 or 5 pounds) and therefore I can't use it until they are a few months old. So before they are big enough to fit in the Ergo, I use a wrap, which isn't my favorite but has the best fit.

Thank you all!
My newborns are also quite small - less than 6 pounds - so this is helpful.
