A private helicopter. Or just tap those heels 3 times and say "there's no place like home!"
"Bored stiff in the bath at the Mikvah"
Rubber ducky, you're the one. You make bath-time - so much fun! (bring your kid's bath toys, maybe?)
"My husband is too frum for intimacy"
Time to resort to the ol' sheet with the hole in the middle? (someone -not religious - actually asked me if I used one after my wedding day! )
"Is diaohragm the same kind of problem as IUD?"
(This one just made me laugh and left me baffled.)
Both the diaphragm and IUD are forms of birth control... but I wouldn't really consider either of them a "problem" under normal circumstances. Often they're sort of "averting" a potential "problem", so to speak, if one is not ready for another baby! But, sure, I can see them as both being the same kind of problem if you are, in fact, trying to get pregnant. |
I asked my sil about the hole in the sheets. I was a girl at the time. Although I was supposed to be innocent, I knew a little. My sister told me about the sheets and we were trying to figure it out. Our Ken and Barbies were not very helpful. I would be embarrassed to tell you how old.

re: Why are chassiddishe women baby machines?
Because they are too stupid to poskim???
I would have edited out the "chassiddishe" part, but I wanted to capture the ridiculousness of the title.

ISO Cleaning help (queens) for mother
Look, it's lovely that you think so highly of your mom, but you're going to have a hard time finding any queens willing to work as cleaning ladies. Unless you have no objection to the kind who are really men, but even then...

anyone familiar with "c difficile?"
I went to HS with her. She goes by C. because she dislikes her first name, Charna, which she says sounds like a charnel house.

How do you burn the challah?
Either by leaving it in the oven too long, or by having it fall off the soup pot directly onto the blech. I like the second way better because it's crunchier.

need a good spelt challah recipe asap!
you're probably not the best person to judge a recipe's spelling **or** grammar, but in any case, I think you should look for a recipe that's easy to follow rather than one that's well-spelled.

I checked it out because my phone's browser kept telling me to check if the webpage address is correctly spelt.
