She gets a pack of that fake ground beef, fries onions and browns the "Meat", adds tomatoe sauce.
Mix with elbow noodles.
Sprinkle cheese on top!!!
Delicious!!!!

I was in Cleveland over the summer. THey just opened up a kosher SUBWAY store. So we got one sandwich with meat and melted pareve cheese. I didnt' taste it - too weird, but my husband did, he said it felt wrong to eat it, but not bad!

It just doesn't bother me to eat fake meat with cheese, or vice versa. I always make pasta dishes with fake meat. . . lasagna tastes so good with fake meat sprinkled in!

My MIL gave me several packages of fake cheese, so I started making pastrami pizza: a tortilla with tomato sauce, strips of pastrami and fake cheese on top. I don't like the consistency of the cheese, but it still tastes good.

I also like putting fake sour cream on my meat.

If I was told tomorrow that milk and meat could be mixed together I'd whip up some chicken parm!

LOL, I told DH, who is FFB, that chicken parmesagna is the only dish worth missing.

I like putting cheese and sour cream on EVERYTHING so I always wish that I could douse my chicken in that, and put it in ground beef.
