Anyone have a recipe for gefilte fish that you slice while partially frozen, sprinkle with spices, and then bake?

Sort of - I press the slices into seasoned bread crumbs, and then bake at 350 until they brown.

Just brush the slices with oil and bake as is.

you can pour a jar of marinara sauce over it and bake it. if you want it slightly fancier, add diced vegetables (carrots, celery, parsnip). it's like fish meatballs.
