Yep!
ingredients:
1 fillet of salmon
Half an onion, sliced
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp mustard
2 tsp mayonnaise
2 tsp honey
Method:
preheat oven to 325F
mix the soy sauce, mustard, mayo and honey together until smoothish
spray cooking pan with oil
lay sliced nion under and on top of the fish
add sauce
cook 30-40 min or until the inside is no longer dark pink (but before it is very light pink)
Enjoy!
