I just think that women are better at certain things than men and this would be one of those things that a womenly touch would make a much better project.

My children are shluchim so they would use their portion of my money for their Chabad houses. The children who are not shluchim would use their portion to finance their children's chinuch. I doubt that I would get much of it. The children come first.

Had this discussion several times:
1. Ma'aser ($100,000)
2. Pay off mortgage ($100,000)
3. Put money that we used for the house back into long-term investments ($100,000)
4. Repay what my parents gave us for the house ($40,000)
5. Establish an interest-bearing travel fund for us ($60,000)
6. Establish an interest-bearing travel fund for my family to be able to visit ($50,000)
7. Establish pension funds ($150,000)
8. Buy a car ($20,000)
9. The rest goes into an interest-bearing investment fund to provide weddings and housing for Emmanuel and his future siblings. ($380,000)
