Toddler (3) resists all kinds of active play.
. I don’t think her muscles are developing properly because she refuses to play. I can only get her to play at the playground under very specific conditions (she is in a good mood, it is not cold or rainy or windy or dark, I leave her siblings at home, there are no other children there, and I play with her
She won’t try her scooter and is terrified of it, even though her baby (17 months) is riding it around the house
Doesn’t play in daycare either just watches the other children.
I’m struggling end of my rope. early intervention said she was fine and pediatrician sees her at her best. She loves doctors offices and runs around and talks to them for some reason .

Sounds like anxiety? Could also be she’s too young to evaluate for these issues, I’d reevaluate soon, with a neuropsych.
