On Friday night after lighting the candles, I sing shabbos songs, kids ones. I was singing, yom rishon, avoda, etc... For yom shlishi, I said yom shishi. My dd corrected me and then when I got to yom shishi, I said yom shlishi. It wasn't like I was making up for my other mistake, it was just another one. Rolling Eyes

I cut my vacation shorT!!!! I was in Florida and had the opportunity to extend my Jet Blue flight for a few days after one of the snow storm, but found a seat on a flight before the snow storm began and hurried back so I'd miss less days from work.
MORAL- NEVER SHORTEN A VACATION AND WHEN YOU CAN EXTEND IT-EXTEND IT-WORK WILL WAIT-VACATIONS DON'T HAPPEN OFTEN ENOUGH!

I put my cordless (the 1 that doesn't have sound anymore) in the fridge. Didn't find it until hrs later. (poor thing, almost froze to death Rolling Eyes

I got on the scale one morning and was horrified to see that I gained 18 pounds!! I knew something was off, I got off the scale, reset it, still 18 pounds over. I moved the scales location, shook it.... nothing helped. Then I realized that I was holding my baby.

Went to a bris @9:40 then looked at my watch saw it was 11 oclock and ran home like a madwoman thinking DH was going to have my head since he was babysitting and going to work late that day just for me. The baal simcha saw me and asked where I was going I just got there.... I go I'm here for an hour!! Since almost 10!!
Then flew out the door.
I got home and at it was 10:00. Now I understood why the baal simcha was looking at me funny!!!!!

I'm so exausted because I'm on a very strong anti-biotics. I wanted an ealry night, but I wanted to wait up to transfer the laundry from the washing machine to the dryer. I waited and waited, and finally I figured the wash should be ready. I go to get the clothes, and realize I never turned on the washing machine. Now I have to stay up longer. Sad

Our apartment building looks exactly the same as the one next door (both 3 apartment walk ups - only 2 on the block) - When we first moved in (after being married 2 weeks) DH and I went on some errands and I casually walked into our building and wondered why DH hadn't followed - 'oh well I 'll just open the door and go in he'll follow when he's ready' after trying all my keys I looked at the mail boxes and realized I was in the wrong building. Went outside to find DH patiently waiting for me ' wrong building?' he asked - this happened each time we went out together for about a month. Great way to impress the new spouse Smile

Threw my new ring in the trash and somehow realized it before trash day (found it:)), searched for my keys and found them finally in the car in the garage, thought I left my cell phone at home and realized it was in my bra. I'm nursing so rationalized that I'm desensitized there and that is why I didn't feel it!!

I was once so exhausted that instead of pouring milk into my coffee I poured dish soap. My co-worker who was watching me do this was also so that she didn't get it either. It was only after I set the dish soap bottle down that I realized I had the wrong bottle in my hand. That's when you know your sleep deprivation has reached an all-time low equivalent to having snarfed 7 martinis. ARGH!!! Shaking
