I know I could easily look it up. But I want a tried and true recipe, that someone I "know" has actually made!

Just so u know shayna... I made it, but I thought that after 45 minutes it looked too liquidy so I kept on baking it. Don't bake for morethan 50 -60 minutes, 'cause the top will be get very hard. even though it'll look very liquidy, be careful you don't burn yourself, it'll solidify as it cools.
Also the inside was a bit too liquidy even after cooling and refrigerating overnight, so may want to cut down on the liquid ing. a bit. Enjoy! It's yum!

YIKES, so what do you think I should cut down on? less butter? or 2 eggs instead of 1?

I also have an amazing chocolate pecan pie recipe, it is easy, but tastes like it is from a gourmet chef!
If you want it, I will type it tomorrow.

I would do less sugar, as it melts, and less corn syrup. Maybe cut both down to 3/4 cup. I haven't tried it, but I see no reason why it shouldn't work. Also maybe use 2 extra large eggs instead of the 3 large
