Hi I need to bake flounder fillets, does anyone have a good recipe ? No frying, thanks.

take the whole block of fillets, spread with mayonnaise or mayo mixed with prepared mustard, on all 5 exposed sides. sprinkle with your choice of seasonings: onion powder-garlic-paprika-parsley-dill, soy sauce, zaatar seasoning, italian seasoning, whatever strikes your fancy. m'wave about 20 minutes if frozen , less if it already thawed.

of course you can do this in an oven, but is it worth heating up a whole big oven for a lb. or two of fillets?
