1 ¾ cups cup All-Purpose Einkorn Flour
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 large egg, beaten
¼ cup butter, melted but slightly cooled
¾ cup whole milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
I have a small mini milchige oven - only one tray of six fits in at a time.
I once heard that baking soda reacts right away and has to be baked right away.
any ideas what to do?
I also dont understand the instructions that says leave the dough to rest for 15 min?
if its correct that the leavening agent reacts right away and shouldnt be delayed baking?
