Btw, which julienne peeler do you have? I bought the Progressive for Pesach and I feel like I wasted my money. I can't get it to work. Unless I'm doing something wrong.

I bought the OXO one, used it once, am happy with it. (I'm generally happy with oxo products)

Do. Not. Like. I've found most of them clumsy and the rubber handles are gross when washed in a dishwasher.

My Parve utensils are rubber handled OXOs. I really like them. I like the grip. I wash them by hand with steel wool.
(Fleishig are the stainless steel from OXO. I like the durability. Milchig are Kitchenaid red. Love the color )

you can take it for a test drive. I got an OXO mandolin with gift certificate money, I need to figure out how to use all the features. I wanted the steel oxo stuff but I couldn't find it anywhere and shipping was outrageous so I got some Heiniken stuff, also good grip.

1 box lasanga noodles
1 jar barilla marinara sauce
1 bag shredded cheese
1 container riccotta cheese (optional)
Cook noodles according to box insrtuctions.
If using the riccotta cheese mix it into the marinara sauce.
In a 9 x 13 cover the bottom with sauce lay noodles and sprinkle with cheese then lay noodles, sauce and cheese continue till you are done with ingredients.
bake it on 350 for about 45 min ( till the cheese is well melted)
I like to add the riccotta cheese I think it makes it more moist and creamier
