Can you give us the recipe? I have made a version of this before but it usually falls apart when it is cut.

The mushroom onion quiche, I actually found the recipe for here - http://imamother.com/forum/vie.....uiche but I made the adjustments that Fabulous made on the post after the recipe (and it's DELICIOUS!).
The gefilte fish pie is really easy. I buy the double-package of Unger's gefilte fish and take both out of their paper wrap and put them in a bowl. I microwave them for a few minutes until it is thawed enough that you can stir it. I then add a big squeeze of horseradish sauce (the kind that is mixed with mayo) and shake a couple tablespoons of dried dill in and mix it all together. I then pour it into a deep-dish pie shell and bake for about 45 minutes at 350. If you don't want to use the pie shell, you can pour the mixture into muffin tins and bake for about half an hour. A normal size loaf of gefilte fish makes about 6 muffins.
