No prob I changed it a bit the original recipe is in the new dining in cookbook.
I pkg puff pastry sq
1 bag frozen stir fry veggie
2 eggs
salt & pepper to taste
onion soup mix to taste(this I added wasnt in org recipe)
I cube basil (also added)
few shakes of garlic powder

pulse veggie till chopped not pureed. mix in the eggs and seasonings. put 1 TBL mixture on each flaky dough sq. fold over and press down edges. make an egg wash and brush tops of turnovers sprinkle some sesame seeds on top (I omitted as we have allergies) bake until golden.
There was alot of the mix left so I put mix on top of a chkn cutlet layed that on puff pastry and wrapped up. It was a yummy chicken wellington.

chicken soup with lukshen
barbeque chicken
potato kugel
watermelon

cold salmon
egg salad
cholent and kishke
schnitzel
potato salad
watermelon

mocha bundt cake for nosh

I take my regular yerushalmi kugel recipe layer on bottom and bake for like 15 min then take a roll of kishkai made the cornflake kishka recipe from dining in again and it was good mixed it with 2 eggs to make it more spreadable and layered it on top of the yerushalmi then I made a potato kugel and layered that on top and baked for 45 minutes on 400.

Thank you so much, it looks great!! Now I'm really motivated to read the cookbook cover-to-cover. It looks like I missed all the good recipes!

Quiet and simple this week, just us and the kids. The yeshiva guys have gone home to America for the summer, so we will probably be guest-free for the next 2 months. Very weird, I'm not used to it at all.

Regular and Whole Wheat Challah
Gefilta Fish and Nile Perch
Caesar Salad
Whole Livers
Chopped Liver
Egg Salad with Fried Onions

Sweet Breadcrumb Chicken
Italian Shnitzle
Sesame Wings
Potato Kugel
Zucchini Kugel

Black and While Chocolate Chip Cookies
Grapes

Shabbos Lunch will be all of the above plus Cholent and an Assorted Deli Platter.

My recipe for maple-balsamic salmon is:

1 large salmon fillet (steelhead is good), defrosted in fridge 24 hours in advance

1 tbsp French's deli mustard

1 tbsp Bartenura balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp maple syrup

pinch of dried rosemary

Combine marinade ingredients, and brush on thawed salmon. Marinate for 15 min. in the fridge, then bake at 380 degrees.
