I made it on Shabbos and it came out terrific.
All you do is put some mayo, salt, pepper, garlic, and a drop of corn flake crumbs on top of the chicken
bake 350' covered for 1.5 hrs
then uncovered for 1/2 hr
The you pour (you can half this)
1 cup soy sauce
2 cup duck sauce (spicy or mild spicy one)
1 cup brown sugar
bake another 1/2 hr uncoverd
pour on sesame seeds (you can skip this)
I made this recently. It was delicious. I made half the amount of sauce. Everyone loved it.
It is really great.. |

Crockpot Curried Chicken
Thinly sliced potatoes & sweet potato
Sliced onion
Chicken (I put in a whole frozen one)
Lentils
One tomato sliced
A few garlic cloves
Drizzle olive oil
Salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, good dose of curry
Cover with water on high
Kept in on high the whole day. So tender and yummy!
