what's your recipe for creamy italian pasta salad? is it in any cookbook, that you know of?

1 c. mayo
2 T. red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 oz. twisted macaroni
1 c. quartered cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. chipped green pepper
1/2 c. sliced black olives

Boil pasta according to package directions.
Combine mayo, vinegar, garlic, salt, basil and pepper.
In a lg bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, pepper and olives.
Toss veggies/pasta with dressing.
Cover and chill.

Not in London. Sorry, I have no idea where they sell it there but any kosher shop should have.
The original recipe is from KBD Entertains but I just do my own thing.
I fry the orzo over in a bit of oil until toasted and then boil according to pkg directions.
I fry chopped onions, mushrooms and peppers until done. I throw in some craisins.
Mix with orzo.
Season with salt and pepper. (I sometimes add some chicken soup mix... it adds delicious flavor)

Have to get busy with Shabbos already. I have a wedding Thurs night, and I really need to attend the whole thing, and I'm working all Friday.

I think I'm only doing Friday night and we're having my SIL and BIL over. I have frozen chicken soup in the fridge so I really have barely any work to do:

Challah/salads
Salmon (still looking for a good recipe cuz I'm tired of teriyaki--any ideas?)
Chicken soup with matzah balls
Duck sauce chicken with farfel
Apple pie with vanilla ice cream--yum!

Red Rashi Wine

Bought rolls (heimische or water for DS and defrosted ww for me, and defrosted challah rolls for dh) and large challos (guests by day)

Boiled gef fish
Better than KFC Slaw
Green salad
Matbucha (homemade)

Baked chicken by night, not sure what kind yet
Cholent by day (with potatoes, kishka, meat, and farfel)
Colorful noodle salad

Apple crumble

salads: moroccan carrot, eggplant, roasted peppers, cucumbers, tehina, turkish (bought) chummus (bought), cabbage, pickles and olives (bought), tabboule.
Corned Beef
Grilled chicken
Yerushalmi + Potato+ Carrot Kugels
Grated beet salad
Pumpkin Spinach salad
Cake for dessert. I'll probably make the marble choc chip bars from Imamother and Lemon Bundt cake, I think that's also from here or maybe the Mocha cake from here.
Tea

I am not cooking for Shabbat day, I presume I will have leftovers.

Sweet and sour Tongue (found it on sale for as cheap as chicken!!!)
