Schnitzel - You make potato leek soup and leave it cooking overnight and it's good? Please can you tell me how you make it?

Ok - it's just me and the kids this week, so we have:
Friday night:
Homemade Challos
Tomato and barley soup
Roast chicken with garlic, potatoes, dill, and carrots
Shabbos day:
Cold fried schnitzels and any leftover chicken
Green salad
Egg salad
Homemade techina
Chickpea salad if I can be bothered
Seudah shlishis:
Anything left over from Shabbos day ...
I never bother with fish or dessert bc I can't keep the kids at the table long enough!

My mother serves chicken soup shabbos day. She keeps it in a crockpot. | Right. We do to occasionally. But potato leek soup is often a cold soup. Which is why I assumed that was the case.

It is a cold soup - the real name is vichysoise but I know I am spelling it wrong and too lazy to google it I do make other soups in the crockpot but this one would get ruined.

They are seriously amazing! I'm to say how many of them I ate in one sitting. Cookie, please post the recipe. I have lots of eggroll wrappers in my freezer. (I think it's ketchup, duck sauce,mayo... mustard maybe?)
