You could dice the sweet potatoes and toss with a bit of oil, maybe some diced onion. Bake at 425 for around 30 minutes until tender.
For the chicken, marinade it and then cut in chunks and cook like shishkebabs. If you have any other vegetables that would go well with the chicken add it, you could also add pineapple chunks if you have.
Good luck.

cut the chicken cutlets into strips, dip in mayo ketchup spices mix and then breadcrumbs. Thread it on to the skewers and bake uncovered hanging over a aluminum pan (the edges of the sticks resting on the ledge of the pan) for 1/2 hour on 350. Yummy, and relitively simple. It comes out crunchy outside and soft inside - A big hit here!

Easiest is if you have bottled marinade. I am guessing you don't. I would say mix up some soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, some honey, maybe a bit of lemon juice. Mix this up and put the cut up chicken in it. let it chill until you are ready to cook it. You can leave out the stuff you don't have or don't like in the marinade.
There may be same marinades in the recipe forum.
Hope it turns out well.
