What colour tights do I wear with a grey skirt? Should I wear black or grey? What colour shoes? Can I wear a grey skirt, black tights and grey shoes? Ladygodiva please help!

Yes you can wear gray skirt, black tights & gray shoes.
You can also wear gray from skirt, to tights, to shoes.
Or you can wear gray skirt, black tights, black shoes.
Or you can wear gray skirt, gray tights, black shoes.
They are all fine. If you have gray shoes I'd wear them.
What color top are you wearing? I saw s/o in a plum top & plum tights. I loved the way it looked, but wouldn't wear it because it isn't excepted around here.

I would stay away from gray tights with the gray skirt, because if the shades are off, it will look silly. But if I had gray shoes, I would wear them with black tights and a gray skirt. even if the shades are off, it's not right next to each other and it won't look silly.

Yes, you can wear a gray skirt with black tights and gray shoes. Patent leather gray shoes can look especially nice with black tights.
You can also wear gray tights if they are in the same family grey as the skirt. Some gray has some blue in it, some has a bit of brown...so you want to stay in the right family gray.
