My almost 5 year old grandson taught himself to read. A couple of weeks ago his father came home and found him sitting outside his bedroom door reading a book. He read the word "elephant". His father asked him how he knew that the "ph" was an "f" sound. Benjy looked up and said, "Abba, its like the "ph" in "pharmacy".

Thank you all. I'm glad you all appreciated the story. May we all have nachas from our children and our grandchildren.
Good Shabbos everyone.
