I once tasted delicious fish dish in restaurant. The fish was crunchy and it was baked with sauce and cheese. Anyone know how to make something like this?

I have a recipe for tilapia with sun dried tomatoes and parmesan cheese. You can use flounder.
Parmesan and Sun-Dried Tomato-Crusted Tilapia
Fish
4 tilapia fillets, about 2½ pounds
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 Tbsp fresh minced dill or 1 tsp dried dill
Topping
1 Tbsp fresh minced dill or 1 tsp dried dill
4 to 6 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
¾ cup parmesan cheese
2 Tbso olive oil
1 Tbso lemon juice
¼ cup light mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Rinse fish, pat dry and place in prepared pan.
Sprinkle with salt and 1 tablespoon of dill.
Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix sun-dried tomatoes, cheese, remaining dill, olive oil, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
Remove fillets from oven and turn oven to broil; spread sun-dried tomato mixture over fish.
Return to oven and broil for another 4 to 5 minutes, until cheese topping is slightly browned.
