Does anyone have a great recipe? Preferably in a white/clear sauce, and simple? TIA!

The easiest is to stir fry your chicken which was marinated first in oil, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic, and soy sauce. When it’s cooked (about 15 minutes), add 2 cups water and cover on medium flame for 30 minutes. The last 5 minutes, mix 3 tablespoons corn starch with a drop of water to dilute and add to your pot, it will thicken the sauce, yum.

Thanks! I will try that next time.
Tonight I made a sauce in a separate pot with water, potato starch (yup, I still have some), sherry, garlic and salt. Then I poured it over the sauteed chicken and sprinkled it with chives. It was good.
But yours sounds delishes and easy!

stir-fry chicken strips
remove from pan - add carrots, peppers, onions and garlic (after literally two mins if flame is high) add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, cayenne pepper throw chicken back in add sesame oil (a drop goes a loooog way)
then make rice on side (I put rice instead of sauce as the dish itself has a nice amount of liquid - but the sauce is water and corn starch mixed together)
