I always tell my two year old not to touch her baby sister on the head. One day she was touching the top of her head. I reminded her Lo-Barosh (not on the head). She replied "But I'm benching her." Well I couldn't disagree with her there

I never made an issue of it. my 1 1/2 yr old toddler touches his 5 mo. old brother's head all the time whether its to pat him nicely or to play with him. sometimes he pulls his hair or hits him, then I yell at him to stop and I hold onto his hands for 10 - 20 seconds counting out loud as a punishment.
