Do you make kiddush and/or hamotzi with 2 challas at a sheva brachos?

NO Kiddush, you need wine and 3 glasses for bentching after the meal
You dont need 2 loaves for hamotzie, most ppl put out a ceremonial challah though, you could just give each person a roll.

usually chosson kallah cannot drink from the same glass during sheva brochos ...

Oooooh I thought 3 glasses per person. I ws really worried! But why the 3rd? Chassan, kallah, and xxx??

not sure ... chosson ~ neutral ~ kallah ... cause they both need to drink the same wine from sheva brochos ...

ask someone who knows better, but I think there are two cups that are used and at third one to combine the two and spill them out again.
