Anyone know the the going rate? For someone 25 years old working 30 hours a week doing hiring, firing, raises, helping supervisors with their employees and so on for appx 150 employees a year of experience doing HR specifically what do you guys think?

Age is irrelevant. Besides one year of HR experience, do you have any other relevant experience?

Depends on...
other experience and if related to HR?
promoted or took on responsibilities slowly?
value provided to employer? how irreplaceable?
other benefits or flexibility?

Somewhere, in the $80-100k/yr range

TY for those numbers! If anyone else has more to add I would appreciate it. Figuring out "the going rate" is hard! This person was hired at 60K but maybe undersold themselves and is due for a raise now and needs to figure out what to ask/ push for

Yes other experience not HR related. Hired into HR pretty valuable can be replaced but not easily. Nice benefits but nothing crazy. Full personal health insurance and decent PTO

I’ve always wondered-if you’re HR in charge of hiring/firing/salaries for 150 employees so you know how much they are all making, don’t you feel like you need to make more than all of them? If the top people there are making 200k, how much does the HR coordinator make?

Two things. One this person doesn't do raises and have access to salary data for management only team leads and down. Also two they very well realize that they are less integral to the company than say a department lead who's been there for 15 years. Does that help answer your question?

Don’t have anything relevant to HR, but I did payroll for a company and I was on a starting salary of $20/hour and many in the company were making double/triple/quadruple, it has nothing to do with me how much they make. The others contributed different more valuable work.
