Hey so I am looking for a job and I go look in the bo weekly all the time
There is 2 things I’ve noticed
1. It’s always the same jobs posted and I have already emailed them and they never get back to me??
2. there is this one ad that is posted by a couple of women about ladies working from home doing sales trying to get people who join them in getting people to sign up for solar panels like what???
It’s super super annoying

About #1, there was a youtube video about that
according to the video the reason for the ad is not to get a worker but test the market.
They gave a few examples on how it works.
Don't remember it off hand.

It's frustrating.
It's possible that some of the ads are reprinted after the position was filled because when they put out the ad they ordered multiple weeks in advance. Even so they should email everyone so they don't leave people hanging, even if sending rejections is uncomfortable.
Some of the ads seem to be MLM-ish vibes, though I don't know much about the people behind them.
