We are seeking a Director of Programming to lead and grow our programs, ensuring alignment with our mission and strategic goals. This is an opportunity to expand IWSTHAB’s impact, bring empathy and innovation to our work, and support thousands of people in need.

This is a fully remote, part-time position (~20 hours/week, .5 FTE) with flexible hours
Core working hours are Monday–Thursday, 11am–2pm ET, during which team members should generally be available for meetings at least three days per week
This position reports to the Founder/Executive Director

Responsibilities:

Program Development and Oversight:

Design, implement, and refine innovative programs and services that address community needs
Build partnerships within the fertility and Jewish communities, including planning and executing collaborative summits, trainings, and events
Collaborate on social media strategy and content creation, working closely with the team to research, refine, and translate ideas into impactful, shareable bites that align with organizational goals and amplify the mission
Serve as a thought partner for digital communications, including identifying opportunities for podcasts, trainings, and digital initiatives
Plan and facilitate staff retreats and team meetings
