Having all my married kids over and no little grandkids entertain just one 10-year-old. The rest are all teenagers. Last year we did a paint night looking for something else to do at home. We are in Israel so something that I could buy here or a game. Planning on making it simple in ordering salads and pizza but would like to have some form of entertainment and don’t really feel like going out with everybody. Would love ideas.
We’re around 10 people give or take

Here's one that always works at our parties.
Split people up into teams of 3 or 4 per team. Teams should sit far enough away from each other that they cannot hear each other's conversation. If you like, you can have each team pick a name for their team.
Step 1: each member of the team recalls a story that happened to them, and tells it briefly to their team. Preferably a story not too many people at the party know about. You can give a general topic for the stories (needs to be pretty broad: something that happened on Chanukah, something regarding food, something that happened when you were in elementary school), or leave it open. Allow about 6-8 minutes for this stage.
Step 2: each team is going to pick ONE of the stories they heard to present to the entire group. But here's the catch: each member of the team is going to tell the story as though it happened to them. They can each make adjustments to the story so it sounds convincing. The group will hear 3-4 slightly different versions of the same story.
Step 3: gather everyone back together. Everyone sits "in the audience," and 4 chairs are placed in a row as "storyteller chairs." Each team gets a turn to sit in the storyteller chairs and have each member tell the story by turn. After hearing all 3/4 versions, take a vote: who thinks this story really happened to Estie? Who thinks it happened to Avi? etc. Then have the genuine storyteller stand up!
Lots of fun. And requires zero preparation.
