I want to make plain pasta today for a motzei shabbos party. Some of it I will reheat plain and the rest I will add a sauce and heat on motzei shabbos. what can I do while making the pasta today, to ensure it doesn't clump, and also reheats nicely?

Pour pasta into colander that is over the sink to drain fully. Rinse with cold water and let it drip drain. Then toss with some olive oil so it doesn't stick together, place in a large ziploc bag, squeeze out air and zip closed. Refrigerate.

Oh I'm so excited to share my hack.
Even if the pasta is already stale and hard...
Before reheating, add water to cover the pasta, reheat in the microwave or in a pot.
