I work for an agency and usually tell them at the beginning of the month which days of the week I can work. I will need to stop working soon and have to let them know about my last month (let's say my last month is March). I will only be able to work sporadically in March due to children's school being off etc. They don't pay out PTO when an employee terminates. The way to request PTO is by filling out a request for time off form and marking off that you would like to use PTO for that day. So how do I use my PTO- because what I plan to do is just tell them, March will be my last month working and in March I can work x,x,x,x and x day of the month. Should I say that I can work a day that I really can't and only then fill out a request form and mark off that I want PTO?? I'm so confused
