What are your plans re food for second days

I know I have a hard time motivating myself to cook for second days because I'm usually burnt out from cooking by this point of yt so I tried to cook as much as I was able in advance. I don't even know anymore what's in my freezer and I don't have a menu plan. Hope you guys don't mind if I share my rambling about what food we have and what I have to make.

Looking through the freezer right now, I see
Cooked pickled roast
Cooked French roast
Small pan of leftover top of rib roast from first days
Small potato Kugel
Small doughless potato knish
Mushroom sauce
Carrot muffins
Breaded cutlets raw
Zucchini soup
Chicken soup
Cooked hangar steaks (just curious, never froze that before, anyone knows if it reheats well?)
Partly cooked chicken steaks
Healthy muffins
Chocolate chip cookie squares
A few stray mini chocolate mousse
A "deli" roll filled with meat and chicken that was leftover

I have to figure out a menu from this. I also have raw oyster steaks and chicken cutlets in the fridge and challah in the oven.

I'd love to hear what food you have or are planning to have for yt. Please feel free to share!

I have in my freezer from rh and first days

A French roast
A flanken roast
Kishka capons

Cream of chicken soup
Onion soup
Chicken soup
Tomato cabbage soup
Butternut flanken soup

Potato kugel
Yapchik
Lukshen kugel

Apple pie
Compote
Ice cream pie
Caramel bars
Brownies

Lots of challa

I'm rounding out my menu with fresh dips, shnitzel, maple soy pargiyot, garlic string beans, roasted zuchini coins, roasted baby potatoes, stuffed cabbage, Cole slaw, oatmeal cookies, 2 salmons and gefilte.

Will make cholent on yt. Cooked some eggs for shabbos too.
