I never learned it so I can't give you the page number but I know it exists. All the halachos of chol hamoed.

Pirkei Avos Chapter 3:11.
But what's your point? It comes together with that someone who embarrasses his fellow. The commentators explain that none of these things exist in a vacuum. They come from a worldview. One that would be hard to shame or scare out of someone.

Its a yearly problem with someone doing things that aren't allowed & at least want to educate my children not to do the same in a way that makes them knowledgeable and not just because its my opinion.
