Does anyone know how I can freeze pargiyot? I think I saw on Instagram last week someone did but can’t remember who. Is there a specific way to defrost?

Miriam Pascal Cohen. She didn’t say specifically how, just that she grilled and froze and it was good

I do it all the time.
I find bec it’s dark meat it doesn’t dry out easily.
Sometimes I get leftovers from caterers and I freeze and reheat and serve and it’s delicious.
I do it with homemade also.
