When I feel stressed I turn on music and dance. Make both myself and my kids happier.

Try deep breathing. It's proven to lower blood pressure, among other benefits. Or just go into a closet or other private, enclosed space where you won't be heard and shriek your kishkes out for a minute or two. Then return to your regular programming.

So two things come to mind
One is practice whatever you're going to do WHEN YOUR Calm....it wld be challenging trying for ex box breaths when baby is screaming if you're not a pro at it.
practice bf the storm and hopefully it will come naturally during the storm (tiny storm I hope, if any !)
second which helps me , talk to yourself in your head or aloud if u need, "ok it's crazy in here . baby is screaming,.toddler has had an accident and pasta is boiling over, I'm gonna first lower water, then take baby and toddler upstairs, change toddler and feed baby with toddler and a book". talk yourself thru it so u know what's happening.....
or, "it's an HR to yt and very hectic. I'm gonna ask this kid to vaccume and hubby to hold baby while I jump in shower...."
just planning it aloud in your head helps.
also acknowledge ok this is stressful, here's the plan....

Fake it till you make it sometimes works for me.
At times I was extremely stressed (elevated heart rate, sweating and everything), and people around said "wow, you're such a calm mother!"
Also, when you feel like raising your voice, lower your voice and speak in a quiet, super sweet and gentle demeanor. It feels off at first but I find that often it calms me. One more thing, when I'm close to yelling I picture someone else yelling at my kids and immediately feel sorry for them for being 'yelled at' and get all deffensive on their behalf and want to comfort them, so then I really talk nicely to them and mean it
Doesn't always work but it does most of the time.
Good luck!
