You need to live within The East Ramapo Central School District to get a card at Finkelstein Library.

What’s your local library in Monroe? I’m pretty sure they’re part of the same library system, meaning you can use your card from the local Monroe library to borrow books from Finkelstein, and even place holds on books there to be delivered to your local library
