I just had my sheitel washed and set. It came out beautiful with stunning waves! I love it!
However, there's so much hairspray in it. Much, much more than she usually uses.
Will the hairspray wear off, without losing the waves? Or am I stuck with so much until I wash it again?

To be honest, it depends heavily on the type of spray used. Some hairsprays brush out easily, others have a limit to the half-life of their hold, and then there are those with amazing staying power.
If this bothers you, you may need to rewash and restyle your sheitel to correct the issue. You could also request a light body hold, next time, for a more manageable result going forward.
