Looking for an easy honey cookie recipe that doesn't need to be eaten fresh, but can be stored in the freezer until Rodh Hashana.

Anyone have any tried and true ones?

Thanks!

Really, I would think any honey cookie should freeze well.

These are delicious. I even cut back on some of the sugar and it still tasted great. Tasted great from the freezer as well. I've doubled the recipe too.
Much easier then individual cookies, just form a log. (I placed the mixture on a large sheet of parchment paper and then used the parchment paper to cover the mixture and pressed down to help form a log.)
