I don't have a recipe, but someone once served us slices of a giant chocolate chip cookie made in their Betty Crocker. It was delicious served warm with a scoop of ice cream on top.

Pour your favorite cake batter into greased/parchment lined Betty and check after 15 minutes (toothpick test).

How do you make the muffins in a Betty? With it open or closed? In the muffin tin or just plain on the Betty? Thanks

Yes, of course you could bake cookies and other baked good in the Betty crocker. I do this all the time!
