Iv been co sleeping and nursing to sleep since she was born. But lately she’s been waking in the night unable to fall back asleep just from nursing. She needs me to rock her for at least 20-30 minutes before I can put her down. This week she won’t even fall asleep by bedtime with nursing. Just rocking. My back is aching. My body is tired. Anyone experienced this?
Do I have to sleep train now?
So sad because cosleeping saved my sanity because I was able to sleep but now I’m doing a whole lot of not sleeping.

Yes she has 3 balanced meals plus snacks plus nursing during the day.
Even so if she was hungry wouldn’t she fall back asleep with me nursing her? Why would that make her need me to rock her?
